As our newest feature, I’d like to feature Yorkie lover and amazing singer Mina Leon. The artist who is known as “M1na_L30n” on the Bird (Twitter) is a friend I recently met (through InstaGram) and is really really talented. I’m very glad to have found her and that I am able to share her music with the world! This highligted video called “Music” (Where Are You?) is from early last year but to me this is a classic. Almost at 2500 views. Check it out
As she says, “Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve been in love with music. But where have you been [music!?]”. I love the concept. This really should have like 10x the views IMO.
Reminds me of “I used to love her” by Common. But almost a dope, more mellow singing version of that. Very clever. This song definitely has its own character. An instant “Replay” type song: already playing it for the fifth time.
Random Fact: The artist, residing in Okinawa Japan also rides unicorns!
Song produced by ST/MIC. Directed and edited by Kelby Walker for Distant Pham Photography.
Make sure to stay tuned with the artist: whos messages are VERY inspiring: either on FB / Twitter or InstaGram
You can check out the album she did “Running Red Lights“, which this song is off of !
Check out an example of her inspiration:
